I want to create a cross stitch of a logo that is unique for a company of my friend as a gift. Is there a way to develop a logo and transfer it to the fabric cross stitch so I can only follow the pattern similar to how I could do a cross stitch, which I bought in the store?

Use a paper full of squares (sum book) and transfer the logo on it.
After doing this you fill the squares of the logo with crosses of the colors you need.
Use a Cross Stitch Software program to make the graph – if you do cross stitch, then you will love the software – you can scan in images or create your own free hand patterns. For more info see link below.
nope, thats a technique for morrons,…
If you’re really serious, all you need to do is find a company that does make patches or shirt printings for a living.
They can scan the logo design and integrate it with their software to either make a batch of patches or t-shirts to your specifications. They can also save the data to a disk, or chip. Because some home sewing machines do have the capability to make your own designer patches. The only problem is getting the data to make the patches and making sure its compatible with your sewing machine’s software.
good luck !!
cheers !!!
